Sol Y Mar Pioneers Hotel in Kharga is an oasis in the oasis; the hotel has 102 comfortable and pleasantly furnished guest rooms, which have either a balcony or a terrace.
The rooms include 6 suites and 24 connected rooms including direct telephone, satellite TV, individually adjustable air condition, balcony, bathroom with bath tub, mini-fridge and non-smoking rooms.

| Memphis Tours offers wholeseller prices, thus requires full prepayment at order time.
Changes in existing reservations are subject to availability and may cause (depending on allottments) to change the Hotel. Cancellations within 7 days after order confirmation and in any case before check-in date, Memphis Tours will refund the whole amount, deducting 1 day/night each booked room plus 10 % bank fees. In all other cases no refund is admitted.
Cancellations for reasons beyond control of Memphis Tours and their suppliers, such as civil and war events, terroristic activities, etc, as well as natural disasters are not refundable.
In case of any cancellation, change of reservation or missed arrival (No-Show) Dunia LLC will charge 15.00 Euro administrative fees in order to maintain all documents for the time of one year at the disposal of the customer and the hotel.
